Welcome to The Gluten-Free Cooking Club/School

The Gluten-Free Cooking Club was launched in Phoenix Arizona by LynnRae Ries and Maggie Wark, two highly energetic and competent gluten-free gourmet cooks.

After the first year of providing top notch classes to a large following of loyal GF 'foodies', Maggie moved onto other ventures and LynnRae developed the club into the Gluten-Free Cooking School with information on cooking and baking with other food sensitivities.

The Gluten-Free Cooking School held classes on a bi-weekly basis for over 4 years in the northern Phoenix / Scottsdale area.

What did you like best about the class?
Everything! The recipes chosen were great and interesting side tips. Great idea with the mirror. It was Fun, Casual and Informative.

What was your favorite item on the menu?
All very tasty; Focaccias & Bread Sticks outstanding! Good presentation with the soup. Soups outstanding!

Additional Comments?
Good presentation; good combination with aprons, writing palette and labels; sharing of pasta, spices and cheese information. Nice touch with fresh basil and chives from the garden.

All the small tips on baking and preparing ingredients before using them.

All the food tasted wonderful. Delicious!

Great presentation!! Mirror is great. Great idea taping it and Great Kitchen tools.

What did you like best about the class?
The thoroughness of explaining how to do everything, the tips about measuring and being able to see in the mirror. The atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable.

What was your favorite item on the menu?
Everything was very tasty & flavorful. I liked the basic focaccia, minestrone soup and the dressed up focaccia with veggies best.

Everything was delicious and something I will make again. Particularly enjoyed the Dressed up focaccia.
